Sean Dawson, Joint Managing Director

Experienced in every aspect of the business Sean originally joined Sheffield Site Services Ltd as a sub contractor in 1986.

Working on business development and contractual arrangements, Sean works closely with Kevin Middleton, both having joined the company at the same time.

Kevin Middleton, Joint Managing Director

A successful career in the armed forces, has given Kevin the skills to motivate and organise his management team.

Ensuring the management team at Sheffield Site Services Ltd, achieve the stated business goals, without compromise to the Health, Safety and Environment of the people and locations in which they operate.

Health & Safety

Anthony Harlow, H&S Manager

Tony has more than 10 years experience as a "Risk and Safety Assessors" and is a full time professional "Health and Safety" practitioner.

"Joining the business from one of its major customers has given me the perspective from both sides of the trading relationship"

Christopher Abel, H&S Manager/Auditor

Christopher also has more than 10 years experience as a "Risk and Safety Assessors" and is a full time professional "Health and Safety" practitioner.

"a robust auditing route is the key to good Health and Safety management. Establish and communicate the working procedure to the operators, in a clear and understandable format, so as to set the standard then monitor and review"

Environmental

Phil Lees, Environmental Manager

Phil recently joined the team and has already implemented the procedures required to gain an Environmental Permit at our Rotherham Head Office site.

With a diverse knowledge of industrial Environmental Management Systems & processes, Phil's addition to the team has brought added value to both the company and its valued customers.

Admin & Support

Christine Redfern, Senior Office Manager

Christine joined the company at the same time has Kevin and Sean, over twenty years ago, during which time Chris has become the cornerstone on which the company was built without Chris's constant professionalism and dedication to her role the company would not have achieved the growth and stability it has attained over the period.

Christine is aiming to fully retire in 2009 and will be handing over her role and responsibilities to Sue Robinson.

Susan Robinson, Office Manager

Sue has worked along side Chris for over a decade dealing with the day to aspects of office management and developing the payroll systems required to accurately handle the remuneration of hundreds of employees working flexible hours. Susan is now responsible for management accounting and has an assistant to help with payroll, Sue is now the point of contact for all sales and purchase ledger enquiries
